PathPlus 2.0.0 !

This version adds a lot of new things, and improves some other things.

New features include:

-  PathPlusFollower allows you to directly use PathPlus results without baking to a path first.

- New Getter functions so you can actually use your resulting paths.

- Simplification and Noise to alter your paths both destructively and non-destructively.

- Normals and Transversals are calculated directly into your points.

- Path to Animation Curves in case you wanted such a thing!

New dependencies include GML Turbo and my own animation curve functions.

PathPlus still works as a complement of GM Paths, especially because "smooth" paths are not implemented yet.
